What You'll Do: Service and repair diesel and gasoline engines, hydraulic systems, pneumatics, air systems, and pumps Maintain equipment including air compressors, forklifts, vehicles, coiled tubing units, and pumping packages Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform diagnostics Complete repairs in-shop and on-site (road calls) Follow all safety protocols in a fast-paced environment What You Bring: Minimum 3 years of verifiable mechanic experience (non-entry level) Working knowledge of diesel/gas engines, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and pump systems Own hand tools (or willingness to invest) Flexibility for on-call shifts and road calls Ability to lift 50lbs and work in physically demanding conditions (standing, bending, kneeling, outdoor work) Experienced Candidates (5-10 years): Broader experience across multiple equipment types Background with coiled tubing and pumping equipment (a plus) Senior-Level Candidates (8-10 years): Strong knowledge of industrial diesel engines: Detroit 71/92/60 Series, Cummins ISX/QSX/855, Caterpillar 3406C/3512E, Deutz, MTU 2000/4000 Experience with Allison 700/4000+ series and Eaton manual transmissions (8LL, 10/13/15 speed) Clutch R&R, driveline timing, and diagnostic software proficiency #insj Requirements: Job Type: Temp to Hire Post Date: 02/05/2026
