Contribute to Store Success: Serve as the key print producer as customers place orders in-store, online, or via email. Operate print equipment and generate proofs and samples for client consultations, making quick design edits as necessary. Provide training and mentorship to team members in print production processes. Establish and oversee production workflows, setting standards and procedures for the whole team. Ensure machine functionality and maintain organization, including the setup of completed orders and management of supplies. Adapt to changing responsibilities, including cleaning, stocking, and other assigned duties. Enhance customer satisfaction by understanding their needs, delivering exceptional service, and prioritizing quality in every product. Required Skills and Qualifications: Flexibility to work a schedule that meets the store's needs. Strong multitasking ability with skill in prioritizing production tasks. Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for quality assurance throughout the print process. Capability to manage conflicts calmly and constructively. Integrity in managing customer and business information. Proficient in engaging with customers and identifying their requirements. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency for file handling, email communication, and familiarity with Microsoft Word and desktop publishing software like Adobe and Publisher. Physical capability to lift and move supplies ranging from 10 to 50 pounds and to remain on your feet for extended periods.
