Must-Have Signals Familiarity with commercial insurance (construction/project environment strongly preferred). Admin/Data Entry experience-forms, tracking, document control, accuracy. Comfortable with COIs, endorsements, W-9s, enrollment forms, or OCIP/CCIP basics. Systems: ERP (JDE nice-to-have), MS Office (Excel, Outlook). Comms: Email follow-ups, vendor/subcontractor coordination, status updates. Good-to-Have Experience with subcontractor insurance compliance or platforms: myCOI, TrustLayer, Exigis, RMIS, Origami, Navex, or similar. Basic claims admin exposure (incident intake, form population, file setup). Construction or GC/CM environment (project teams, subs, enrollment workflows).
