A contract opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist serving multiple charter schools in Hollywood, FL. This role involves providing specialized physical therapy services tailored to support student needs in an educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver physical therapy interventions on-site at assigned schools. Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess student progress and therapeutic needs. Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to create and implement individualized therapy plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapeutic services and student outcomes. Participate in team meetings and contribute professional expertise to support student success. Assignment Details: Physical therapy services provided 60 minutes per week at Duval Charter School at Flagler Center. Physical therapy services provided 20 minutes per week at Duval Charter School at Westside. Conduct re-evaluation for initial physical therapy assessment at Renaissance Charter School at Tradition. Qualifications: Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Experience providing PT services within a school or pediatric setting preferred. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs. Familiarity with educational and therapeutic documentation requirements.
