Volunteer Recruiter (Sales) Calhoun County | Onsite | Through April 1 We are seeking a results-driven Volunteer Recruiter to support our community tax program by actively recruiting and screening volunteers from local businesses and organizations in Calhoun County. This is a temporary, part-time, paid position with bonus potential based on meeting recruitment goals. Responsibilities Proactively recruit volunteers through cold calls, emails, and in-person visits to local businesses Promote the tax program and communicate volunteer opportunities clearly and professionally Screen and vet prospective volunteers to assess skills, availability, and program fit Track outreach activity and progress toward established recruitment goals Work onsite and travel locally for community outreach (mileage reimbursed) Schedule & Duration Temporary position through April 1 28 hours per week Flexible schedule within office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. #J-18808-Ljbffr
