The CFE will play a critical role in shaping the financial landscape of the organization, with a focus on strategic planning and business development to enhance the community’s health outcomes. We seek a passionate leader dedicated to financial integrity and possess a genuine commitment to positively impacting our community. The CFE will be responsible for overseeing various financial operations, including accounting, information technology, materials management, revenue cycle management, patient access, and reimbursement processes. This leader will also guide day-to-day operations, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, with a preference for a Certified Public Accountant or equivalent. A minimum of 15 years of overall experience is required, including at least 10 years in management or director-level positions, preferably within a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong track record in financial management, employee engagement, and quality improvement initiatives. Knowledge of diverse healthcare systems, including acute care, outpatient, and long-term care, is preferred. The CFE must be a highly visible and engaged leader, capable of cultivating strong relationships across all stakeholders, adept in driving performance improvement, and effectively leading change.
