Ensures the restaurant is opened on time and delivers a fantastic breakfast experience for our guests. Motivates and coaches team members for success. Handles daily paperwork to help track our performance and success! Manages breakfast inventory efficiently. As a Morning Shift Coordinator, you play a vital role in providing excellent customer service during breakfast hours and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your leadership helps create a motivated team that thrives, while your organizational and communication skills enable you to resolve challenges effectively. Familiarity with team member roles and proper inventory management is essential, along with the completion of necessary paperwork and financial tracking.
