Maintain Accurate Records: Track patient progress and document treatment plans clearly and accurately. Physical Therapist - Inpatient Qualifications: Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Licensure: Current Physical Therapy license. Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience: Open to new graduates.
