Pay: Drivers earn an average of $105,000 per year. To break it down further: $0.54 per mile | Average of 1900 miles weekly. $0.14 per cubic mile | Average of 3000 cubes weekly. $40 per delivery stop | Average of 10-11 stops weekly. $50 for overnight stays | Average 2-3 overnights. What You’ll Do: Deliver Marvin products across the U.S. while providing outstanding customer service with timely updates on your location and expected arrival times. Represent Marvin with professionalism through safe and courteous driving. You're a Great Fit If You Have: A valid Class A CDL and at least one year of driving experience. The ability to work independently while managing your route efficiently. Strong verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with vendors and team members. The physical ability to unload products at each stop and pass a physical assessment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with over-the-road driving. Familiarity with delivery verification scanners and product documentation. Confidence in inspecting equipment and ensuring load accuracy. Understanding of DOT and Marvin safety standards.
