Description Alan Ritchey, Inc. is looking for a Hopper Bottom Driver - Ag Commodities Alan Ritchey, Inc. has both forward and driver-facing cameras in our tractors for your safety and protection. Sign-On BonusTotal Bonus: $5,000 Payment Schedule: $1,000 per month for 5 months Start Date: Payments begin one month after the completion of your first OTR run PAY: 25% of load Guaranteed $1,200 per week for the first 3 months Bi-Weekly Pay Typical Schedule: Leave out of Valley View, TX Sunday night or Monday morning and be back home by Thursday night or Friday Travel Area: LA, TX, NM, OK, AR, Eastern CO, NE, and Southern KS Full-Time Employment Benefits: Medical Dental RX (Prescription Coverage) Vision Life Insurance 401(k) 7 Paid Holidays per Year Paid Vacation Paid Personal Days Requirements Hold an appropriate commercial driver's license with required endorsements. Be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S. Have one (1) year verifiable over-the-road experience for hauls exceeding the 150-mile radius. Have no more than three (3) moving violations within the past three (3) years. Have no preventable accidents deemed serious by Alan Ritchey, Inc. Have no DWI/DUI convictions or charges in the last 7 years, or multiple DWI/DUI convictions or charges, pending DWI/DUI charges regardless of length of time.
