Your responsibilities will include: Developing and managing personalized patient care plans. Interviewing patients to gather essential medical history and physical condition details. Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration. Providing routine and compassionate care to patients. Observing and assessing patients' health status. Reviewing and managing medical charts for accuracy and updates. Escorting patients to their designated rooms with care and professionalism. Supporting physicians and registered nurses in various capacities. Communicating efficiently with patients and their families to keep them informed. Performing essential diagnostic procedures including EKG, phlebotomy, venipuncture, pulmonary function tests (PFT), and Doppler assessments. Preparing specimens with precision for lab courier services. Administering medications safely and responsibly. Providing wound care to promote healing and comfort.
