This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and interested in supporting operations in a construction environment. Position Overview The Office Assistant will support daily office operations with a strong focus on document tracking, job records, and safety documentation. This position plays an important role in keeping project information organized and up to date. Key Responsibilities Track and maintain job documentation, including purchase orders and project records Organize and maintain safety and compliance files Enter and update information in company systems and spreadsheets Assist with customer or vendor communication as needed Support general office operations and administrative tasks Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is complete and properly filed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Comfortable learning new systems and processes Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Customer service experience helpful but not required Construction experience is not required Work Environment This is a casual, fast-paced construction office environment supporting field operations. Candidates should be comfortable working in a blue-collar industry setting.
