Description The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the design, execution, and communication of the Company's total rewards strategy. This includes managing compensation, benefits, and employee recognition programs to ensure they are competitive, fair, and aligned with Company's culture and its business objectives. This role requires a data-driven, strategic thinker who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders to enhance the overall employee experience. This role will have direct oversight of a Health Admin Manager, Workers Compensation Manager, and the Wellness Center. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Compensation and Analytics Design, implement and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, market pricing, and incentive plans, to attract and retain top talent. Conduct regular market analysis through local and national compensation surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure that compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and aligned with industry standards. Partner with department heads to provide guidance and recommendations on pay decisions, job evaluations, and salary adjustments. Lead the annual performance and salary review process, including budget planning, analysis, and execution. Manage the Company's starting/posting rate matrix for both hourly and management positions. Prepare and upload all compensation increases in HRIS system- union increases, minimum wage increases, common review merit increases and management increases. Be an expert in HRIS system to monitor overall accuracy of compensation and benefits as provided for our employees. Benefits and Wellness Manage the administration of all employee benefits programs, such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans (e.g., 401(K)), and leave policies. Oversees the annual benefits open enrollment process, including vendor management, employee communication, and system updates. Research and recommend new benefits and wellness initiatives that align with the changing needs of the workforce and to remain competitive and drive employee motivation. Manage relationships with external vendors, brokers, and consultants to optimize program effectiveness and cost-efficiency. Compliance and Reporting Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including FLSA, EEO, ACA, and ERISA. Conduct regular pay equity audits to identify and address any potential pay disparities. Prepare and file all mandatory regulatory reports and forms (e.g., Form 5500) Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven fiscally responsible decisions. Employee Engagement and Communication Develop and manage employee recognition programs that foster a culture of enrichment, engagement, appreciation, and high performance. Create and deliver clear, effective, and engaging communication materials to educate employees and managers on total rewards programs. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support and influence, to employees and managers senior leaders on all total rewards-related inquiries. Align total rewards programs with Company's Values and Standards, business objectives and retention of top Company's talent. Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principals, practices, and related employment laws. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership. Proficiency with HRIS and compensation software (e.g., ADP, Workday, PayFactors). Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Relevant certifications, such as Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-CP or SHRM- SCP), Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS).
