Your Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by executing the MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine and prioritizing guest needs. Guide Team Members in achieving Shift Excellence tasks while maintaining a clean and organized environment. Ensure food safety, quality, and the accuracy of all orders. Quickly resolve customer complaints to maintain positive relationships. Provide ongoing performance feedback to the General Manager regarding Team Members. Offer constructive support and guidance to Team Members, promoting their development. Actively engage in the training and onboarding of new Team Members. Handle conflicts professionally and collaborate with the General Manager to find resolutions. Assist the General Manager in screening and selecting Team Member candidates. Support Profit & Loss management by adhering to cash control and security procedures while managing inventory and labor efficiently. Ensure proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times. Assist the General Manager with maintaining the facility and adhering to health and safety standards at all times. Are You the Right Fit? A minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant or retail, with at least 3 months in a leadership role preferred. Strong adherence to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies. Must be at least 18 years old. Reliable transportation is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Physical capability to move up to 45 lbs. as needed. Consistent attendance and punctuality are vital. Experience operating a cash register and managing cash transactions. Basic math skills are required. Commitment to customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety standards. A passion for promoting Taco Bell's culture and values. Ability to provide constructive feedback that helps Team Members grow. Execute shift responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency.
