Join Our Team as a Store Operations Supervisor! We are excited to welcome a passionate and motivated Store Operations Supervisor to lead our store operations and create an exceptional shopping experience for our guests. In this crucial role, you will ensure that every visit feels fast, friendly, fresh, clean, and stocked, while embodying our core values and driving store success. Your Responsibilities: Promote a culture of safety and maintain a clean, organized environment for both team members and guests. Establish an inviting atmosphere that welcomes all guests and staff. Oversee daily operations through effective task delegation and execution of our operational strategies. Champion initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and involve team members in achieving our objectives. Supervise fresh food production while ensuring compliance with food safety standards and efficient inventory management. Develop and train team members by following established training processes and demonstrating our core values. Guide team members in career development while upholding high standards through coaching and accountability. Assist in labor management to ensure optimal staffing across all shifts. Empower team members to tackle guest service issues proactively. Maintain positive communication with team members to motivate and inspire them. Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal safety and operational regulations. What We're Looking For: A commitment to lead by example while supporting team objectives. Experience and Qualifications: At least one year of experience in retail or food and beverage management. High School Diploma or GED is required. Reliable transportation is essential. Preferred: Food Safety and Handling Certifications. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical activities such as climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
