About the Role: As a Multi-Unit Area Leader, you will provide exceptional leadership and direct supervision to 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants. Your mission? Ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) not only meets but exceeds their Annual Operating Plan! Identify and cultivate top talent among RGMs, Assistant General Managers, and Shift Managers. Guide your RGMs using the '4 Rights' strategy and provide constructive feedback during regular one-on-one sessions. Take initiative and maintain a proactive and energetic approach to all responsibilities. Engage with customers to understand their experience and perceptions through regular visits and analysis (VOC and CORE). Lead successful product and program implementations alongside your RGMs. Handle customer complaints efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships. Foster a positive, enthusiastic work environment with employees and customers. Analyze financial performances and identify trends to drive improvement. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of successful multi-unit management experience. Proven success in hiring, coaching, and developing managerial staff. Track record of achieving high customer satisfaction, financial results, and employee morale. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong conflict resolution abilities. Exceptional team building skills. Basic knowledge of business math and accounting, combined with strong analytical skills. Basic computer literacy is required. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are necessary. Ability to travel between designated restaurants daily. All management candidates must undergo background checks.
