Job Description Senior Consultant - Cash Management Strategies Join our dynamic consulting team as a Senior Consultant in Cash Management, where your expertise will drive innovative financial solutions for our clients. Lead project teams in developing and executing innovative cash management solutions tailored to our clients' financial objectives. Oversee the design and implementation of high-performance software solutions, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Analyze business requirements to effectively align Oracle solutions with customer goals, leveraging industry best practices and deep product knowledge. Employ strong judgment and business insight to select appropriate methods for delivering complex functional and technical solutions. Act proactively, providing direction to project teams and influencing customer decision-makers on critical options. Engage in business development by identifying new opportunities and extending existing projects. Resolve intricate customer challenges by proposing effective and actionable solutions. Responsibilities Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in functional consulting. Experience in leadership or management positions preferred. Expertise in business processes, particularly: 4-5 years’ experience with Oracle Cloud, focusing on Cash Management, Treasury operations, global bank account management, cash forecasting, and more. 5-10 years of proven implementation experience in Record to Report processes, specifically in Cash Management & Treasury. Demonstrated success in leading bank integrations for managing cash flows with trading partners. Experience in managing complex data conversion cycles while following best practices for global and multi-currency bank accounts. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience. CPA or relevant certifications considered a plus. Strong technical and product knowledge related to our practice focus. Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members. Strong negotiation and influencing capabilities. Willingness to travel up to 30% as necessary. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
