Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work independently. Ability to read shelf tags. Basic math skills, including counting and simple calculations. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Desired Experience: Previous experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse, stocking shelves, or as a cashier. Key Responsibilities: Select and gather products efficiently for online orders with a focus on quality and freshness. Assemble orders, process payment and coupons, and load orders into customer vehicles at pick-up. Communicate any order changes or substitutions to customers directly. Ensure adherence to food safety and company guidelines. Maintain organized and clean staging areas. Assist with training new team members and provide incredible customer service.
