Responsibilities: Powder Coating: Apply powder coating to metal surfaces using various techniques, ensuring a high-quality and durable finish. Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for coating by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate pre-treatment processes. Equipment Operation: Operate powder coating equipment, ensuring proper settings and adjustments for optimal results. Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments to meet standards. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements: Experience: While experience in powder coating is a plus, we are willing to train the right person who is dedicated and eager to learn. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform physically demanding tasks.
