The company will offer you a position with them once your hours are fulfilled, provided you meet attendance and performance requirements. Schedule: Full-time Overtime available Summary: We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable individuals to join our warehouse team as Pickers/Packers. In this role, you will accurately select and pack clothing items for shipment, ensuring smooth operations at our distribution center. Responsibilities: Accurately pick clothing items from designated locations based on customer orders. Utilize scanners for precision in item selection. Efficiently pack selected items, ensuring product quality during the packing process. Apply proper packing techniques to prevent damage during transportation. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leaders to address any issues. Meet Units Per Hour (UPH) requirements. Adhere to attendance standards. Work in various departments as needed. Requirements: Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items for extended periods. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Basic computer skills. Effective communication skills and a positive attitude. Reliable transportation required. Must consistently arrive on time and commit to the schedule. Location Rules: No cell phone use or electronics on the warehouse floor. Use your cell phone only in authorized break areas. No food or drinks allowed at workstations; only water and clear drinks are permitted. Must use a clear bag and adhere to the dress code. No headphones or earbuds are allowed while working. Hoodies must be worn without the hood on in the warehouse. Smoking and vaping only permitted in designated areas; the parking lot and warehouse are smoke-free. You will receive a badge after your first day, which must always be worn in the warehouse. Notify your FN supervisor if leaving early and check out with your Bluecrew Onsite Manager at the Bluecrew desk. Follow all safety guidelines diligently. Observe conveyor belt safety rules. No running in the warehouse. Security cameras are installed throughout the warehouse and parking lot. Breaks & Lunches: MUST clock out for lunch immediately before starting your break. There are two 10-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch. Returning late from breaks is subject to attendance points and UPH requirements. Please plan breaks to allow adequate time for restroom needs. Location Information: Facilities include refrigerators, water dispensers, microwaves, vending machines, lockers, and food trucks. Arrival Instructions: Please arrive early as parking can be limited. Wait outside the warehouse for a Bluecrew Representative to check you in. Late arrivals may be sent home without pay. As a warehouse employee through Bluecrew, you will be expected to: Work independently or as part of a team to pick, pack, and ship items. Safely relocate or repack inventory items as directed, including items weighing up to 50 pounds. Operate machinery or equipment safely and responsibly as trained. Perform physical activities such as reaching, crouching, and bending as needed. Maintain a fast pace while standing for the entirety of the shift. Work in an environment with forklifts, machinery, and other warehouse equipment. Follow the dress code, including wearing closed-toed shoes and appropriate clothing.
