The Opportunity As a leader within our Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for managing cybersecurity incidents and ensuring the protection and resilience of our systems. In this Senior Manager role, you will guide large projects and foster process innovations, emphasizing results and operational excellence. Your expertise in business continuity and disaster recovery standards, along with your ability to manage complex client challenges, will be key to driving success and cultivating top-performing teams. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the management of cybersecurity incidents. Strategically plan to safeguard the protection and resilience of systems. Guide large-scale projects with a focus on innovative process improvements. Utilize expertise in business continuity and disaster recovery to meet client needs. Drive success by mentoring and developing top-performing teams. Maintain operational excellence while addressing complex challenges. Enhance client relationships through strategic advising. Foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement. What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree. 7 years of relevant experience. What Sets You Apart Preferred Master's Degree. Experience leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery standards. Proficient in conducting Business Impact Assessments and developing plans. Solid understanding of Disaster Recovery processes and execution. Knowledgeable in IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. Familiarity with business continuity/resilience technology platforms. Adept at summarizing data into coherent reports and presentations. Strong problem-solving skills in unstructured environments. Ability to manage workloads across multiple initiatives. The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on individual skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
