Description: We are seeking a motivated Catering Operations Leader to spearhead our vibrant catering functions. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing every aspect from order taking and scheduling to food preparation, while ensuring a clean and organized workspace. As the face of our catering service, you will engage with guests and work closely with customers to guarantee their needs are met seamlessly. In this position, you will maintain high standards in food preparation, presentation, and service. Your collaboration with catering staff and restaurant managers will be vital to our ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: Take and modify orders utilizing the POS system Input online orders accurately into the POS Address customer concerns with appropriate managerial oversight Schedule catering deliveries efficiently Initiate food baking and preparation tasks Assemble catering items into visually appealing displays Deliver orders via vehicle and on foot Supervise breakfast and lunch preparation Manage cleanup tasks effectively Coordinate trash disposal as required Distribute daily tips responsibly among staff Implement catering sales initiatives, including: Conducting daily follow-ups with customers Delivering menus Coordinating community events Conducting engaging menu presentations and food tastings Identifying sales opportunities through proactive networking Assist in various roles as needed, including Expo, Cashier, Dishwasher, and Line Cook Maintain attractive front-of-house displays and condiment stations Regularly check and clean restrooms Bus tables and prepare food meeting specific standards Ensure accuracy in cash handling and financial transactions Organize food for timely delivery to guests Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent, or actively pursuing it Completion of CBC driver training and passing MVR standards, while maintaining a valid driver's license with insurance State Foodhandler card/ServSafe certification as required A minimum of 3 months experience in guest service, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems Exceptional guest service and communication skills Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) are necessary Additional Information: We are an Equal Opportunity / E-Verify Employer and adhere to all Ban the Box and Fair Chance hiring guidelines mandated by federal and local laws.
