Title : DB2 admin Location : Remote ( need candidate from Marysville, OH Location) Term Of Hiring : Contract JOB Description: Top 5 Skills: • Db2 luw (linux/unix/windows) admin • DB2 luw performance tuning and monitoring • Postgresql admin • PostgresSQL performance tuning and monitoring • Logical database design for relational databases This position contributes to the overall mission and goals by providing leadership and design capability in the area of database design and administration. Design, install, monitor, maintain, and performance tune production databases while ensuring high levels of data availability. Developing, implementing, and overseeing database policies and procedures to ensure the integrity and availability of databases and their accompanying software. Excellent communication/customer service skills, strong analytical skills, strong documentation/written communication skills, prioritize and multi-tasking and ability to work well in a collaborative teaming environment.
