You will also be pivotal in developing the next generation of leaders within the company. • Drive Performance - Lead the development of sales, customer experience, and profit strategies across all assigned stores, with a particular focus on high-volume and underperforming locations. • Cultivate Strong Teams - Provide coaching, leadership, and training to General Managers and Laundry Associates to ensure the effective operation of stores. Actively work with HR to ensure training standards for all positions. Being in stores frequently to be part of your team. Business and Operations SkillsWho We are Looking for: •• Experience - Must have 5+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in a retail environment. A Business Management degree, marketing or related field a plus. • Results-Oriented: Analyzing data, Showing proven track record of driving sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. Must be capable to resolve operational issues and making timely decisions. • Strategic Planning: Align business strategies with company goals and adapt to local needs • Technical Skills: Comfortable using software such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other tools for performance tracking and reporting. • Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to build relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders. • Ability to Travel: Must have a valid driver's license and the flexibility to travel to multiple store locations as needed. • Bilingual: A plus but not required.
