Title- Project Manager Duration- 12+ Months Location- hybrid onsite in Parsippany, NJ Please look for Senior level Project Managers with Oracle EBS. Project: "They will be working with a vendor to upgrade EBS in the WHR AWS cloud form the current version of EBS application to 11.2.12 with 19C database upgrade" • Need someone within the financial system, experience with complex, high volume projects • Project: Upgrading Oracle EBS application, moving to the cloud. This project will be 50% of their workload • Excellent leadership/soft skills Job Description: -Hands-on manage projects with budgets of $5M+ -Independently starts, delivers, and closes projects while working with the business and technical teams. -Independently works with finance, legal, marketing etc. -Excels at managing 1 or more projects at a time -Works cross functionally with the digital and marketing teams Required Skills: -Proficient with developing/executing project plans, status reports, creating/updating project financials, maintaining budget/timeline, ability to independently identify and manage risks/issues to closure -Strong MS Office capabilities (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) -Ability to independently create presentations for leadership and walk them through project specifics -Must have excellent written and verbal communication - comfortable being the face to the business -Specialty skillsets such as EBS, Data, Salesforce, Digital, etc. -Minimum 15+ years' experience as a Project Manager in enterprise environment -Experience in the Travel and Hospitality Industries
