Position Title: Finance Manager (Full Time, Exempt- Seattle, Denver, or remote PT/MT) Who'll You Report To: Chief Financial Officer Job Description The Manager of Finance will serve as a highly analytical, high-visibility partner to the CFO and executive team. This role sits at the intersection of FP&A, corporate development, financial reporting, and capital structure management. We are seeking a candidate with strong financial modeling capabilities who is comfortable building and owning three-statement models, and preparing materials for lenders and investors, and ad hoc modeling/analysis as needed. Job Responsibilities: Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis Build and maintain robust three-statement financial models (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) Own and update the company's monthly and long-range financial model Develop headcount and operating expense models to support scaling initiatives Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling for strategic decisions Support capital allocation analysis and ROI assessments Corporate Reporting & Investor Deliverables Own monthly financial model formatting and reporting packages required by investors/lenders (e.g., Rubicon or similar institutional format) Support bank reporting and covenant compliance calculations Prepare reconciliations, variance analyses, and financial statement "walks" Develop executive dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership M&A & Transaction Support Support acquisition evaluation and financial diligence as needed Develop transaction models including pro forma financial statements Coordinate with external diligence providers, bankers, and advisors as needed Systems & Process Ownership Own financial model within the company's EPM system Enhance forecasting tools and reporting automation Improve data integrity and modeling processes Partner cross-functionally to ensure financial accuracy and scalability Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4+ years of relevant experience Strong financial statement fluency (GAAP understanding required) Exceptional analytical rigor and attention to detail Ability to operate independently in a lean, high-growth environment Exposure / experience with M&A modeling and diligence a plus Strong communication skills - comfortable presenting to executive leadership Ability to interpret data and provide business / operational insights What Will Help You Excel 4+ years of FP&A / Strategic finance work at a PE-backed SaaS company Advanced Excel skills (three-statement modeling required) Experience building integrated financial models from scratch Strong understanding of working capital mechanics and cash flow Experience with debt, private equity, and covenant reporting Exposure to software metrics / KPIs including but not limited to ARR, retention, LTV / CAC metrics Ability to translate financial data into executive-ready insights Ability to switch tasks quickly as priorities shift What We Offer Base salary: $125,000-$150,000 annually. Eligible for quarterly bonus earnings, up to 10% of annual salary. Actual compensation offered may vary depending upon many factors, including a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
