A person with excellentverbal, written, and visual communication skills who can work well with ourteam. Someone proficient with financial software and who is analytical. The CFO will have anongoing impact on company operations, helping us to analyze, strategize, andmonitor business performance. Our choice for CFO will understand advanced and current accounting practices andtrends, regulatory compliance and reporting, tax regulations and planning, and ALMmodeling. Be responsible for the development of annual operating, capital, andprogram budgets, as well as reporting for the same. As a member ofsenior management, the CFO will be comfortable in a leadership role thatrequires clear and effective communication skills with management, the Board ofDirectors, staff, shareholders, regulatory agencies, auditors, vendors, etc.They will ensure cash flow is compatible with operations. Our CFO will oversee andparticipate in accounting, recording, reporting, investment activities, andinternal-control activities of the organization.
