Job Description AKHIRE is recruiting for the following position: Position Title: Security Patrol Officer Location: Anchorage, AK Pay: $28.00+ Per Hour DOE Schedule: varying shifts hours will vary depending on need Term: Full time Permanent Paid training Responsibilities - Security Patrol Officer Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Work amongst and in cooperation with trained K9 dogs and their handlers. Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and removing trespassers. Ability to physical detain as needed in the interest of safety. Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property Use verbal de-escalation to diffuse tense situations. #IND123 Requirements Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ability to carry a firearm Must be able to lift up to 100lbs Must be comfortable working alone Must have a valid driver's license Must have reliable transportation Those with prior military experience are encouraged to apply
