In this role, you will drive our marketing initiatives by developing compelling content, executing multichannel campaigns, and leveraging digital tools to enhance brand visibility. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help support cross-functional teams to drive brand consistency and dealer success. Key Responsibilities Project & Campaign Support Support the planning and execution of marketing projects and campaigns Drive organized project timelines, deliverables, and documentation Track project progress and prepare regular status updates Coordinate project deliverables with internal teams and external vendors Manage and maintain the social media content calendar to drive adoption, engagement, and timely delivery Marketing Operations Manage the production and distribution of marketing collateral, including brochures, catalogs, and promotional materials Organize, update, and maintain marketing databases and records to ensure stakeholder accuracy and inclusion Track, organize, and manage marketing assets and resources Support event planning and coordination as needed Ensure social media content includes defined goals and key performance metrics Communications Communicate project updates, timelines, and requirements to team members Manage and support social media content and engagement initiatives Write and edit marketing communications for internal and external audiences Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and documentation Coordinate key marketing communications to ensure alignment between Marketing and Sales teams Analytics & Reporting Collect, organize, and support basic analysis of marketing data Track, measure, and monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance Compile reports, dashboards, and presentations Maintain project management tools, documentation, and records Required Qualifications Experience 1-3 years of marketing, communications, or related administrative experience Experience supporting marketing campaigns or projects preferred Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools is a plus Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with project management or marketing software preferred Basic data entry and database management skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Core Competencies Clear verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Proactive problem-solving and initiative Professional demeanor, reliability, and accountability Basic analytical and research skills Education 1 - 4 years' B-to-B marketing experience Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing and/or Communications Core Competencies Clear verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative, team-oriented mindset Proactive problem-solving and initiative Professional demeanor, reliability, and accountability Basic analytical and research skills Education 1 - 4 years' B-to-B marketing experience Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing and/or Communications
