As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in the seamless operation of the restaurant. Your leadership will ensure that our standards are consistently met while fostering a positive work atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Manage daily operations, including cash handling and shift management, while upholding hygiene and safety standards. Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate staff, ensuring a positive work culture and adherence to operational excellence. Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring top-notch service at all times. Financial Management: Assist in monitoring sales, managing costs, and preparing financial reports to support business goals. Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels and oversee supply orders to ensure operational efficiency. Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and cleanliness regulations and conduct regular inspections. Communication: Effectively relay information between team members and management and collaborate for seamless operations. Requirements: Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in the restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education & Certification: High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred. Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is beneficial. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move throughout the restaurant for extended periods. Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.
