The Role As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to effectively strategize and execute telecommunications projects for government clients. Your role will involve various tasks such as proposal support, project scheduling using Microsoft Project, operational systems, inventory management, performance reporting, budgeting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your expertise will play a crucial part in delivering comprehensive program and change management plans. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between customers and Lumen Government Services, ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled. Collaborate with relevant teams to review and develop project requirements and effectively respond to Government Statements of Work and modifications. Facilitate Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with customers and senior management within Lumen. Support the integration of various services including voice, data, hosting, cloud, and managed services within Lumen's offerings. Oversee complex data services installations, both domestically and internationally. Ensure timely delivery of all contract deliverables across multiple reporting periods. Lead discussions on change management and contract modifications while identifying needs for product development. What We Seek in a Candidate Basic Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in Federal Telecommunications Program Management and customer engagement. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite. Capability to create engaging presentations for clients and upper management. Preferred Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable. In-depth understanding of data services installations for federal government agencies. 5-7 years of experience in Transition and Implementation Program Management for Federal Data Services. Familiarity with Lumen's ordering and provisioning processes is an advantage. Experience managing large-scale Federal Government Contracts, including vendor management. A successful track record in developing proposals for Federal programs. Excellent relationship-building abilities, particularly with contracting officer representatives and senior management. Familiarity with Networx Universal and Enterprise GSA Contract vehicles is a plus. Strong grasp of Federal Government contracts and procedural changes. Extensive knowledge of traditional data services. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Conflict resolution expertise. Able to excel in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Demonstrated leadership skills. Compensation The anticipated salary for this position is based on current national data and varies by location. Individual compensation will depend on skills and experience. Location-Based Pay Ranges: $82,969 - $110,625 in select states. $87,117 - $116,156 in other states. $91,266 - $121,688 in major markets.
