Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Casper, WY Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Pay Rate: $23-26/HR Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Summary: Adecco is currently helping a local client in Casper, WY seeking a motivated and professional HR Generalist to support full-cycle recruitment and general HR functions. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, customer-service oriented, and confident in conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring Conduct professional and effective interviews Coordinate and complete new hire onboarding and orientation Serve as a point of contact for candidates and employees, providing excellent customer service Maintain accurate and confidential employee and recruitment records Assist with general HR administrative tasks as needed Utilize computer systems and HR software efficientlyQualifications: Previous experience in recruiting and/or human resources preferred Strong interviewing and communication skills Excellent customer service and professionalism Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a teamPay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
