Job Summary The Site Manager is the senior operational leader responsible for the performance and execution of a specific warehouse facility. This role oversees all onsite teams, ensures process compliance, and drives continuous improvement to meet service level targets and customer expectations. Job Description Inbound Order Management o Oversee inbound dock scheduling and labor planning. o Ensure timely receiving, accuracy, and put?away performance. o Escalate or resolve receiving exceptions with urgency. ? Outbound Order Management o Plan and monitor outbound waves and labor assignments. o Ensure damage?free handling and SLA compliance. o Escalate surges, delays, or capacity issues proactively. ? Inventory Management o Approve adjustments and root cause investigations. o Monitor and enforce inventory accuracy and SOP compliance. o Coordinate cycle counts, audits, and inventory variance reporting. ? QA/QC o Implement and audit QA/QC checklists and procedures. o Lead corrective actions on high defect rates or repeat issues. o Train staff on handling and client quality standards. ? Staffing / Temp Management o Forecast labor requirements and request temporary staff as needed. o Manage daily staffing schedules and address coverage issues. o Track temp performance and report discrepancies to senior management. ? Support Ticket Management o Monitor warehouse?related ticket flow and team responsiveness. o Escalate urgent issues and ensure resolution timelines are met. o Audit resolution quality and contribute to trend analysis. ? Shipping & Delivery o Oversee dock operations and pickup scheduling. o Coordinate with carriers on last?mile delivery issues. o Investigate and document failed deliveries or damage trends. ? Documentation & Compliance o Ensure all outbound shipments have accurate labels and documentation. o Train staff on client and regulatory specific documentation SOPs. o Conduct spot audits for compliance and document control. Billing & Invoicing o Approve manual logs and confirm service task completion for billing. o Review billing inputs for accuracy before submission to management. o Investigate and escalate billing discrepancies. ? Collections o Provide supporting documentation for warehouse?related charge disputes. o Assist CSS/CSM in operational justification for billed services. ? Customer Onboarding & SOP Alignment o Ensure warehouse team readiness and training for new SOPs. o Validate operational feasibility of onboarding procedures. o Support pilot runs and provide feedback to CSS/CSM. ? Relationship Management o Represent operations in client calls and warehouse visits. o Bridge floor?level execution with client expectations. o Foster ownership and accountability within the team for customer solutions/success. Qualifications 10+ years of warehouse management experience, with 5+ in a leadership capacity. ? Proven ability to lead diverse teams and execute high?volume operations. ? Strong understanding of WMS systems, inventory controls, and fulfillment metrics. ? Excellent leadership, communication, and process development skills. ? Ability to work in a fast?paced environment and manage workflow interruptions. ?
