Key Responsibilities Lead by example in providing outstanding service through accurate picking, staging, and order validation. Address inquiries from customers and team members, effectively resolving issues and escalating when necessary. Balance various tasks including service, administrative duties, and maintenance while ensuring fulfillment responsibilities are met. Utilize the Orders App to efficiently pick, stage, and fulfill all order types including Pickup, Install, Delivery, Same Day/Gig, and Curbside. Collaborate with the Pro Sales team to ensure that Pro Call Ahead Orders are picked and staged, swiftly addressing escalated customer issues and operational challenges. Support inventory accuracy and compliance through regular audits and validations, while actively working to reduce shrink. Maintain a safe and organized fulfillment area by conducting daily safety checks and enforcing standards. Operate powered equipment safely and achieve certification for Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in scheduling, coverage, and communication of fulfillment priorities in partnership with leadership. Obtain certification for required powered equipment including Counterbalance Forklift, Order Picker, and Narrow Aisle Reach Truck. May perform additional duties as needed to support business operations. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience in place of education. Minimum of 6 months experience using a computer for data input, access, modification, and output. At least 1 year of retail experience providing customer service, including addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering customer relationships. Must obtain certification for Counterbalance Forklift, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, and Order Picker as part of this role. Preferred Qualifications 6 months experience with retail technology such as smartphones and tablets. 6 months experience in any department of a Lowe's retail store. 6 months in an administrative role involving paperwork processing and filing, including invoices. 1 year of supervisory experience, including training, evaluating, and coaching team members. 1 year of experience in customer service or product fulfillment within a home improvement or hardware retail setting in related departments (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden).
