Join Our Team at Flynn Arby's! We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Assistant Manager to contribute to our success. Your Responsibilities Will Include: Collaborating closely with the General Manager for seamless restaurant operations. Training and mentoring team members to provide exceptional service. Managing inventory and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality standards. Supporting scheduling and labor cost management. Guiding and motivating the team to achieve sales targets. Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally. Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant atmosphere. Working with the management team to implement operational improvements. Qualifications We’re Looking For: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within the Food/Hospitality industry. Proven leadership skills with a flair for motivating teams. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multitasking capabilities. Understanding of food safety regulations and proven practices. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
