As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at SONIC Drive-In, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations alongside the General Manager. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests enjoy a quality dining experience in a clean, safe, and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities: Support the General Manager in hiring, training, and developing a passionate team dedicated to providing a SuperSONIC experience. Lead by example with a fair, firm, and fun approach to management. Assist in managing financial performance by analyzing profit and loss statements to meet and exceed targets. Address employee concerns promptly and thoughtfully. Encourage team achievements and provide constructive coaching to promote enhanced performance. Set clear expectations and give continuous feedback to team members. Foster a positive and energetic workplace atmosphere. Help employees see the bigger picture and their contribution by explaining the reasons behind their tasks. Utilize performance metrics to assess Drive-In operations and implement necessary improvements. Maintain SONIC’s stringent safety and sanitation standards.
