We are looking for a a Collaborative team member, with a student mindset, that is passionate to help, independent, and respectful of others opinions!Position Summary: The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing the Treatment Plan goals and objectives written and maintained by the BCBA. These goals may include, but are not limited to: daily living skills, hygiene, community access, communication and social skills. Some clients may have basic medical needs in which they need assistance completing. RBT’s will work in the client’s residence, but may occasionally support the clients in other settings. Hours of work are arranged with the Supervising BCBA, client, and their family and may vary from week to week, depending on the client’s needs. The RBT will be responsible for keeping daily records and providing weekly summaries documenting services provided.
