Key Priorities: - Architectural Strategy: Design and execute long-term roadmaps that harmonize cutting-edge technology with corporate risk appetite and business agility. - Security & Resilience: Serve as a primary guardian of the enterprise, overseeing InfoSec operations and Disaster Recovery protocols to ensure 24/7 business continuity. - Collaborative Innovation: Act as a high-level technical advisor to the CIO and business units, identifying emerging tech and sourcing models that offer a competitive edge. - Team Evolution: Lead and mentor a multi-functional team of supervisors and specialists, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous improvement. - Fiscal Stewardship: Optimize multi-million dollar budgets to achieve best-in-class operating expenses without sacrificing service quality.
