Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our store. Your responsibilities will include general cleaning duties, assisting with tire inventory restocking, and organizing scrap (take-off tires) in a designated storage area. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to exceed expectations and embrace a variety of tasks as directed. Job Qualifications: Valid Driver's License Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent Essential Job Functions: Maintain daily housekeeping standards Work both independently and collaboratively with team members Deliver exceptional Customer Service Follow safety protocols and operational guidelines Support Company Philosophy and Goals Safety Requirements: Adhere to safety protocols as outlined in the Employee Safety Manual Learn and implement appropriate lifting techniques Ensure daily compliance with general housekeeping tasks Report any accidents or incidents to your direct supervisor immediately Weight Requirements: Ability to lift a minimum of 45 pounds Perform repetitive movements typical of the tire industry Other Duties/Responsibilities: Be open to taking on additional challenges and responsibilities as they arise.
