Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily manufacturing operations Ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to quality standards Lead and support a production team currently consisting of 20 employees Apply strong leadership and problem-solving skills to drive workforce performance Drive continuous improvement efforts to optimize production processes Maintain a hands-on approach in daily operations Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 6 AM - 2:30 PM Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and production planning software Knowledge of ODOO is a plus Ready to make a move?
