Registered Nurse - Med / Surg MLR is partnering with a local hospital in Arkansas to fill a key role for a full-time Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN). This opportunity is perfect for an RN passionate about providing high-quality patient care in an acute care setting while working in a supportive and collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care based on individualized treatment plans and physician orders. Conduct regular patient assessments, monitor progress, and adjust care plans as needed. Administer medications, treatments, and other medical procedures following hospital policies and best practices. Ensure the safety and well-being of patients by performing routine rounds and responding to medical needs promptly. Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their health conditions. Document patient information and medical interventions accurately in the hospital's electronic health record (EHR) system. Registered Nurse - Med / Surg Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas. ADN required; BSN preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
