Expected starting pay rate of $34.00 to $40.00 per hour. Job responsibilities: Perform regular reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. Create and manage spreadsheets to track expenses, tasks, and property-related items. Assist with bookkeeping tasks and data entry in accounting software such as QuickBooks. Coordinate estate-related documentation and property management activities. Provide administrative support, including scheduling, email correspondence, and project tracking. Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and manage detailed spreadsheets. Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and reconciliation processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional correspondence.
