Adult Case Manager Full Time GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Case Management (CPST, Crisis) to persons assigned to caseload. Provide goal-directed support and solution-focused interventions. Work hours are flexible to meet the needs of the person served. The majority of contacts happen out of the office and in community settings. Contact with new referral is made within 48 hours of assignment MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Age 21+ years old and have a BA/BS degree with an emphasis on Mental Health/human services or equivalent experience. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Interest and investment in working with adults who experience Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and their families. Have completed or will complete any required training within six months of employment. Must have a current and valid Kansas driver's license.
