Your Role As an Associate Office Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting a retail office during the tax season. Your goal will be to consistently exceed client expectations while directing daily operations in the tax office. You will begin your part-time schedule in late fall and transition to full-time from January through April. What You'll Do Assist the Multi-Unit Team Leader as the primary point of contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring top-notch service delivery that showcases the value of H&R Block. Oversee the client service experience, holding tax office associates accountable while escalating issues to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager when necessary. Address and resolve onsite escalated client service concerns promptly. Ensure proper scheduling of clients and manage any conflicts, with escalation to leadership when needed. Engage with clients from the front desk, providing exemplary service and phone coverage. Lead daily operations to ensure that all associates are on schedule, completing work within deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Facilitate daily huddles, sharing essential information with office associates. Your Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or similar role. Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage day-to-day office activities effectively. A customer-focused mindset complemented by excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with computer software. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. A flexible work availability, committing to 40 hours per week based on business requirements. High school diploma or equivalent education preferred. Why Consider H&R Block?
