Job Title: CT/MRI Technologist Location: Craig Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Day Shift Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary: $87,734 - $131,601 Shift: Day Shift Holiday Coverage: Not required Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and dependable CT/MRI Technologist to perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures in a dynamic clinical environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a commitment to patient safety, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and care. This role requires proficiency in multiple imaging modalities, strict adherence to radiation safety standards, and effective collaboration with clinical and administrative teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Perform CT and MRI imaging procedures in accordance with established clinical protocols. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of radiographic procedures, including X-ray, fluoroscopy, and C-arm operation when applicable. Adhere to ALARA radiation safety standards to ensure patient and staff protection. Operate imaging equipment per manufacturer guidelines and promptly report technical issues. Maintain accurate electronic medical records, including documentation and charge capture. Provide patient education and ensure comfort and safety throughout imaging procedures. Assist with patient transport and departmental support functions as needed. Participate in cross-training for additional modalities such as DEXA or mammography. Support inventory management and supply organization. Contribute to quality improvement, safety, and infection control initiatives. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program. ARRT(R) certification required, including ARRT(CT) and ARRT(MRI) credentials. Active state licensure required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days). Minimum 1 year of imaging technologist experience preferred. Experience with PACS and RIS/HIS systems preferred. Preferred Experience 2+ years of experience as a Radiologic, CT, or MRI Technologist. Cross-training in additional diagnostic imaging modalities highly desirable.
