Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in Yelm, WA, serving a dedicated school community with a caseload of 45-50 students spanning kindergarten through 12th grade. This position requires licensed or license-eligible clinicians ready to engage fully onsite, contributing to the success of students in a traditional school environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse K-12 student population. Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Conduct assessments, track progress, and adjust interventions to meet student needs. Comply with state regulations and maintain WA SLP licensure or actively pursue licensure. Participate in required fingerprinting through the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI). Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred. WA State SLP License or willingness to obtain licensure. Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 setting is highly valued. Ability and commitment to work onsite full time; virtual work is not accepted. Must be fingerprinted through OSPI or willing to complete fingerprinting. Location and Schedule: This is a travel assignment located in Yelm, WA. Full-time (37.5 hours per week) from ASAP through June 12, 2026. Benefits: Competitive compensation based on experience.
