Providing speech-language services in a K-12 school setting, this full-time role supports students in improving their communication skills to enhance academic success. Located in Bonners Ferry, ID, the position offers the opportunity to engage with a diverse caseload of approximately 85 students, working closely with educators and families to deliver effective therapy. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy services to students across grades K-12. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress monitoring. Qualifications: Valid Idaho State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License. Clinical Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) preferred. Previous experience working as an SLP in a school setting is required. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 85 students effectively. Strong communication and organizational skills. Work Schedule and Contract Details: Full-time position with 7.5 hours per day, four days per week. One Friday per month required. Contract runs for the current school year (CSY).
