Qualifications And Skills: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of prior restaurant management experience Solid understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong leadership abilities and team motivation skills Understanding of guest service principles Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to work long or irregular shifts as necessary Summary Of Responsibilities: PROFITABILITY Take charge of the restaurant's P&L, actively pursuing desired financial results. Review key financial metrics to identify revenue opportunities and drive sales through outstanding guest service and operational excellence. GUEST Lead and inspire your team to provide accurate, friendly, and speedy service in a clean environment. Address guest feedback swiftly and identify community engagement opportunities to boost local marketing efforts. PEOPLE Guide restaurant recruitment and develop a high-performing team by effectively onboarding and training new members. Foster team spirit and enhance capabilities through coaching and recognition initiatives. OPERATIONS Manage labor through smart scheduling and staffing.
