Required or Preferred Experience: At least three years of experience in restaurant or retail management, or a combination of education and experience. Proficient in sales strategies, P&L management, recruitment, and training. Demonstrated success in hiring and retaining staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. ServeSafe certification is necessary. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance are required. High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
