Warehouse & Material Handling SpecialistPay: $17–$20/hr | Full Benefits | Climate-Controlled FacilityWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Material Handling Specialist to support our distribution and shipping operations. Your responsibilities will include:Distribution & Documentation Move, label, and document materials according to various distribution instructions. Ensure all actions are recorded correctly and align with company standards. Quality Prep & Motor Processing Add plugs, seals, and remove paint overspray from motors. Inspect motors to ensure they meet quality standards before shipping. Inventory & Shortage Resolution Work with schedulers and suppliers to address allocation and shortage issues. Track stock levels and take proactive steps to prevent delays. Shipping & Customer Coordination Schedule freight carriers and verify that all goods and paperwork—both domestic and export—are complete and accurate. Communicate with customers to resolve shipping-related questions or concerns. Kit Building & Order Processing Generate kit orders from customer requests and kanban demand. Pull parts, assemble kits, and package orders based on manual and digital requirements. Audits & Inventory Control Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and location assignments. Maintain precise and reliable inventory records.
